Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School is currently at capacity for the 2011-2012 school year.
No application will be processed and no student will be considered for admission unless the application includes the required teacher recommendation forms, complete school transcript, and the application fee.
No applicant is guaranteed admission to the school even if space is available.
All applicants are required to undergo an admissions screening. No decision will be made until all candidates for the opening have been screened.
Application Materials:
The application fee of $150.00 is for the application, screening, and screening results.
School Tours:
The application deadline for the 2012-2013 school year has passed, and tours are no longer being offered.
