This is Miss Blakey’s first year at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and a master’s degree in reading, language, and literacy education. Miss Blakey is certified to teach early childhood education as well as middle grades. She is very excited to be teaching first grade at OLACS this year and feels very blessed to be a part of such a special community!

Mrs. Brignati has been at Our Lady of the Assumption School for 3 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in middle grades education and a master's degree in teaching and curriculum. Throughout her 13 years of teaching, she has taught all subject areas in both public and private schools. She loves teaching middle school math and English at OLACS! Go Bobcats!

Mrs. Bush has taught at OLA full time for four years. This year she teaches literature and vocabulary to 7th and 8th grades and Earth Science to 6th grade. She has a B.S. in Physical Therapy and a B.S. in Experimental Psychology. She minored in English Literature, and has a Masters of Science in Geoscience. She hold a grades 4-8 teaching certificate with concentrations in Science, English and Language Arts, and Social Science.

Mrs. Camp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Education Degree in elementary and special education. She is certified in pre-school, elementary and special education. In addition to being a mom, she has served as a special needs and primary school consultant and evaluator, resource teacher, elementary teacher, pre-school teacher, research associate and early childhood special needs coordinator.

Mr. Coheley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. He is currently the music teacher at Our Lady of the Assumption School and teaches 4th thru 8th grade band and 2nd and3rd grade music. Mr. Coheley is an arranger and a very sought after clinician throughout the southeast as well as a percussion adjudicator for marching bands and Winter Guard International Percussion. Mr. Coheley’s professional affiliations include: Georgia Music Educators Association, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia and Percussive Arts Society.

Gretchen Conboy has been associated with Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School for eighteen years as a parent and the last seven years as a teacher. She has a Bachelors of Science in elementary education with a minor in early childhood education. She is Georgia certified PK-8 with a concentration in English and social sciences.

This is my second year at OLA. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and went on to obtain my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as, a Reading Specialist Degree from the same Catholic College. I have also worked in religious school environments now for 7 years out of 13 that I have been teaching and it is truly a blessing. My Georgia certifications include: Early Childhood Education (P-5); Middle Grades (4-8) with a Concentration in Language Arts, Reading, Social Science, Mathematics; Reading (P-12); and Teacher Support Specialist Level 5. I look forward to getting to know everyone this year at OLA.

This is my 3rd year teaching Pre-K-4th grade Spanish at OLA. I have lived and attended school in France, Spain, Portugal, and Brazil. I have a B.A. in Spanish, French, and Portuguese. I hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I am certified in the State of Georgia to teach all subject areas in Pre-K-5th grade. I look forward to another exciting year at OLA school.

Ms. Harms obtained her BFA in Art Education as magna cum laude graduate and a Presidential Scholar. She was also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a W. Robert Nix Art Education Scholarship winner. Since her graduation Ms. Harms has kept creating artwork and is also currently teaching classes at Ocee Arts Center in Duluth, Georgia.

Ms. Jovert has been teaching at OLACS since 2005 and this is her third year teaching first grade. She has a Bachelor's Degree as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching. She is certified in Georgia at the elementary level, PK-5 and in social studies, grades 5-8. In addition to being a teacher she is also a parent of two OLACS students. She feels very blessed to be part of such a loving and faith-filled community and looks foward to a another great school year!

Barbara Rigaud earned a B.S.in education. She is certified as an elementary and middle school teacher in New York State and in Georgia. She has taught 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th grades for eleven years. Barbara Rigaud also worked for a state education department. She assessed school systems’ math and reading programs.

Mrs. Rottmann recently relocated to Atlanta and is thrilled to be a part of the OLACS Community. Prior to her move, Mrs. Rottmann taught for nine years in a Northern Virginia public school system. Additionally, she spent two years as a private preschool director. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. Her Georgia certification includes Reading (P-12); Early Childhood Education (P-5); and Middle Grades (4-8) with concentrations in language arts and social science.
