The sixth grade students will participate in an on-campus retreat.
Seventh Grade - October 29, 2010
Students will experience a full day of leadership/team development at Winshape Wilderness Camp on the Berry College campus. The day-long experience is designed to introduce effective team building in a fun, active, and stimulating environment. The students will be introduced to five key components to transform their teams: building trust, improving communication, creative problem solving opportunities, the power of encouragement, and practicing celebration. The leaders at Camp Wilderness will facilitate the program through the three challenge courses on site.
Eighth Grade - October 5-7, 2010
Students will take part in a three-day educational and religious retreat at the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center in Mansfield, Georgia. The three days will be packed with outdoor activities that will center around the retreat theme of God's Creation.
